US citizens may posses
a second us passport for travel. Duplicate passports are valid
for two years and have seperate passport numbers. Apply for
your 2nd passport by following the duplicate passport instructions
below.
To get a second passport, applicant must meet the
following qualifications:
Applicant has a valid US passport is in his or her possession,
AND;
Applicant was 16 years or older when passport was issued
AND;
Applicant wishes to secure a duplicate, limited validity
passport.

1 - The Following Items Must Be Delivered to
It's Easy
1.1)
Applicant must submit their current
valid or recently expired passport.
Passport will be returned.
1.2)
Applicant must submit two (2) identical
passport photographs. These may be obtained at many
Post Offices, Kinkos,
Mailboxes
Etc or similar locations. Poor photos are the most
common reason for delay in passport issuance.
NOTE: If applicant is an
infant, ensure no device or hands used to hold child's
head show in the passport photo.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our offices in New
York or Boston
personally, passport photos can be taken on-site.
1.3)
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency
showing departure from the U.S.
NOTE: If applicant does not
posses proper itinerary, please contact us for options.
1.4)
Applicant must submit "Letters of
Authorization" which allow It's Easy Passport and
it's sister company to submit the application to the
US State Dept.
NOTE: All letters of authorization
must be completed to ensure fastest processing
1.5)
Applicant must submit a 200% photocopy
of their current drivers license. Both the photo and
text must be clear and legible.
1.6)
Applicant must submit a letter addressed
to the U.S. State Department explaining why he/she is
requesting a second passport. The most common requests
are due to frequent international travel and the need
to obtain visas while out of the US or traveling to
countries which do not approve of another countries
visa or entry stamp.
Letter must be written by applicant, third party explanations
will not sufice.
The US State Dept charges $135 for expedited
passport renewals.
This fee may be made by personal (no starter checks),
business check or money order made payable to the US
State Dept. or may be combined with your service fee
credit card payment to It's Easy when filling out the
order form below.
Note: If paying by check,
inclide applicants date of birth on memo line.

Applicant must submit one completed passport
renewal application form (DS-82). Application
must be filled out via US State Dept web site link below.
This information is not submitted to the government,
it is used to create a bar coded application required
to expedite the application; hand filled applications
are not acceptable for expedited services. After filling
out application online, print completed application
as instructed.
DO NOT forget to sign and date the
completed application once it is printed.
